Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

 

3. How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@cadmenn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

 

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days, and refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

 

5. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return steps above and specify the desired replacement. Exchange availability is subject to stock.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@cadmenn.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

8. Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
